What a fine idea it is to use up extra stuffing mix by baking a batch of crispy chicken tenders!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Chicken tenderloins
9 oz.
Dry stuffing mix
½ cup, finely crushed
Melted butter
2 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 350°F/175°C/Gas Mark 4.
- Use aluminum foil to line a 9x13-in baking sheet.
- Rinse the tenders, pat dry with a paper towel, and transfer in the baking dish.
- Mix crushed stuffing mix with butter, sprinkle on top of the tenders to coat every bit.
- Bake for about 40 minutes. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
