INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Large ripe tomatoes - 3, chopped
Cucumbers - 2, peeled and chopped
Red onion (small) - 1 small, chopped
Olive oil - 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 4 tsp.
Dried oregano - 1 1/2 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Feta cheese - 1 cup, crumbled
Black Greek olives - 6, pitted and sliced
DIRECTIONS
- In shallow salad bowl, or on serving platter, combine tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Sprinkle with oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle feta cheese and olives over salad. Serve.
