INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
White eggs noodles
2 ½ cups
Vegetable oil
1 tsp.
Chicken broth
12 cups
Salt
1 ½ tsp.
Poultry seasoning
1 tsp.
Celery
1 cup, chopped
Onion
1 cup, chopped
Cornstarch
1/3 cup
Water
¼ cup
Chicken meat
3 cups, cooked, diced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare a large pot of water, season it with salt, and bring to a boil.
  2. Place noodles and oil in the pot and boil for 8 minutes or until they become tender. Drain and rinse under cool water.
  3. Take a large saucepan or Dutch oven and add chicken broth, salt, and seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Ann onion and celery, reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Take another small bowl, add cornstarch and water, and stir until the cornstarch dissolves completely. Add to soup gradually stirring. Add noodles and chicken, stir well, and heat through.
