The flavor of these yummy, yet really healthy chicken burgers are amped by the savory feta and sun-dried veggies.
INGREDIENTS

Ground chicken
1 lb
Dry breadcrumbs
½ cup
Egg
1
Lemon juice
1 tbsp.
Sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp., chopped
Fresh basil
1 tbsp, chopped
Fresh oregano
3 tsp., chopped
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Feta cheese
2 oz, crumbled
DIRECTIONS
- Turn on an outdoor grill and preheat to medium-high heat.
- Lightly brush the grate with oil.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken with all the other ingredients, except feta. Divide into 5 equal parts.
- Top each patty with a spoonful of feta, fold the patty around the feta to seal it inside, flatten slightly.
- Repeat with the remaining patties.
- Cook on the grill for about 5 to 7 minutes per each side or until clear juices. If you have a cooking thermometer, it should show 165°F/75°C when inserted into the center of a patty.
