INGREDIENTS

Olive oil
 1/2 cup
Red wine vinegar
1/2 cup
Garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp.
Dried basil
1 1/2 tsp.
Dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp.
Ground black pepper
3/4 tsp.
White sugar
3/4 tsp.
Cooked elbow macaroni
2 1/2 cups
Fresh sliced mushrooms
3 cups
15 cherry tomatoes, halved
Sliced red bell peppers
1 cup
Crumbled feta cheese
3/4 cup
Chopped green onions
1/2 cup
Whole black olives
1 (4 ounce) can
Sliced pepperoni sausage, cut into strips
3/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, black pepper, and sugar. Mix in tomatoes, cooked pasta, green onions, mushrooms, red peppers, feta cheese, olives, and pepperoni. Toss until evenly coated. Cover, and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
