INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Romaine lettuce 
1 head, rinsed, dried, chopped
Red onion 
1, sliced
Black olives 
1 (6 oz) can, pitted
Dried oregano 
1 tsp
Lemon 
1, juiced
Ground black pepper
to taste
Green bell pepper 
1, chopped
Red bell pepper, chopped 
1, chopped
Tomatoes 
2, chopped
Cucumber 
1, sliced
Feta cheese 
1 cup, cubed or crumbled
Olive oil 
6 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine lettuce, chopped onion, chopped bell peppers, pitted olives, tomatoes, cucumber, and Feta.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, juice, dried oregano, and black pepper. Pour over salad and toss. Serve and enjoy your Greek Salad!
