Salad: Greek Veggie Salad
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
cauliflower, chopped
broccoli, chopped
cherry tomatoes
small pitted black olives, drained
tomato basil feta cheese, crumbled
zesty Italian dressing
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, olives and cheese. Add enough dressing to coat, toss and refrigerate overnight.
