INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Boneless pork loin chops, 4 oz per each
6
Lemon juice
¼ cup
Vegetable oil
2 tbsps
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Salt
1 tsp
Dried oregano
¼ tsp
Black pepper
¼ tsp, coarsely ground
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and oregano to a resealable bag, shake to combine. Add chops, real, turn and shake to coat. Let sit in the fridge for at least two hours( overnight is best), turning occasionally to help pork marinate well.
  2. Turn on the outdoor grill to preheat to high. Or turn on the broiler in the oven.
  3. Remove chops from the bag with marinade, set aside on a plate. Keep the marinade!
  4. In a small saucepan, bring the marinade to a boil; remove from heat, set aside.
  5. Brush the grill grate with vegetable oil. Place the chops on the grate, brush with marinade frequently. Cook for 5 minutes per side (up to 7, if required).
