Amazingly delicious and simple dish to go with any grilled meal!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Potatoes
4, sliced
Red onion
1, sliced
Salt
1 tsp.
Ground black pepper
1 tsp.
Butter
4 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Set the grill to medium heat.
- Layer 2 or 3 squares of aluminum foil large enough to easily wrap the vegetables, each layer on top of the other. Place some of the potatoes and onion in the center, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place small pieces of butter on top. Wrap into a flattened square, and seal the edges. Do the same for the remaining potatoes and onion.
- Place the foil pockets over indirect heat and cover. Cook for approximately 30 minutes, turning once. Serve hot off the grill.
