The easiest summer appetizer with a kick!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Olive oil
½ cup
Salt
1 tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
White pepper
1 pinch
Garlic powder
1 pinch
Rock lobster
2 tails (10 oz)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Whisk together lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt, paprika, white pepper, and garlic and mix. Use a large knife to split lobster tails lengthwise. Brush the flesh with marinade.
- Oil the grill grate a little. Put the tails on the grill flesh side down. Grill for 10 – 12 minutes basting frequently with marinade. Turn once halfway through. When the lobster is opaque and firm, remove from the grill.
