An easy marinade of sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon will make a great complement to mouthwatering salmon!
INGREDIENTS

Salmon fillets
1 ½ lbs.
Lemon pepper
to taste
Garlic powder
to taste
Salt
to taste
Soy sauce
1/3 cup
Brown sugar
1/3 cup
Water
1/3 cup
Vegetable oil
¼ cup
DIRECTIONS
- Season the salmon with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
- Stir together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
- Put the salmon in a large resealable plastic bag, add the marinade, seal, and toss to coat.
- Keep the marinated salmon in the fridge for not less than 2 hours.
- Heat the grill to a medium heat.
- Oil the grate and put the salmon on the preheated grill, marinade discarded.
- Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
