This tender beer corned beef can be served hot with potatoes, braised cabbage, and a mustard sauce!
INGREDIENTS

Corned beef brisket
4 lbs
Brown sugar
1 cup
Irish stout beer
1 (12 fl oz) can
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300° F (150° C).
- Rinse beef and pat dry.
- Place beef on rack in a roasting pan. Rub the brown sugar on the beef until coated. Pour beer around and over the meat to wet the sugar.
- Covered, bake for 2 1/2 hours. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve. Enjoy your beer corned beef!
