INGREDIENTS

ground beef
HERDEZ® Roasted Pasilla Chile Mexican Cooking Sauce
kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
diced tomatoes, undrained
frozen corn
red bell pepper, diced
sweet onion, diced
garlic, minced
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Chopped fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Put beef in slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Stir. Cook covered on low 8 to 10 hours.
  2. Garnish with cheese, sour cream, and/or cilantro.
