Chopped fresh cilantro
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Put beef in slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Stir. Cook covered on low 8 to 10 hours.
- Garnish with cheese, sour cream, and/or cilantro.
