INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Banana 
  1, cut into small pieces
Flaxseed meal 
1 1/2 tsps
Honey 
1 1/2 tsps
Blueberries 
2/3 cup
Vanilla soy milk 
1/2 cup
Vanilla fat-free yogurt 
1 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place the banana into the bowl of a blender. Add soy milk, no-fat yogurt, flaxseed meal, and honey to the bowl.
  2. Blend on low until smooth. While blending, slowly add the berries. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Increase speed and blend until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. Enjoy your Blueberry Smoothie!
