Cheesy topping goes perfectly with mild flavored halibut!
INGREDIENTS

Parmesan cheese
½ cup
Butter
¼ cup, softened
Mayonnaise
3 tbsp
Lemon juice
2 tbsp
Green onions
3 tbsp, chopped
Salt
¼ tsp
Hot pepper sauce
1 dash
Skinless halibut fillets
2 lb
DIRECTIONS
- While preheating the oven broiler, grease a baking dish.
- Combine the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onions, salt, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.
- Put the halibut fillets in the greased baking dish.
- Broil halibut fillets 8 minutes in the prepared oven, or until easily flaked with a fork. Spread with the Parmesan cheese mixture, and continue broiling 2 minutes, or until topping is bubbly and lightly browned.
