Veggie Burger Recipe: These burgers are a real veggie delight! So yummy and healthy!
INGREDIENTS

Black beans
1 (16 oz) can, drained and rinsed
Cumin
1 tbsp
Thai chili sauce
1 tsp
Bread crumbs
1/2 cup
Green bell pepper
1/2, cut into 2-inch pieces
Onion
1/2, cut into wedges
Garlic
3 cloves, peeled
Egg
1
Chili powder
1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Prepare a baking sheet by oiling it.
- With a fork, mash beans until pasty. Chop bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a food processor. Stir into the beans.
- Combine egg, chili powder, cumin, and Thai chili sauce in a small bowl. Stir into the beans. Mix in bread crumbs. Divide into 4 patties.
- Arrange the patties on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes on each side. Enjoy your Veggie Burgers!
