INGREDIENTS

Elbow macaroni
8 oz
Cheddar cheese
2 cups, shredded
All-purpose flour
2 1/2 tbsps
Butter
2 tbsps
Bread crumbs
1/2 cup
Paprika
1 pinch
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup, grated
Milk
3 cups
Butter
1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Cook macaroni. Drain.
- Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Stir in flour. Stirring, slowly add milk. Stir in Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook over low until Cheddar and Parmesan are melted. The sauce should be a bit thick.
- In a casserole dish, pour the sauce over the macaroni. Stir.
- In a skillet over medium, melt butter. Add bread crumbs. Cook until the breadcrumbs are brown. Spread the breadcrumbs over the macaroni. Sprinkle the macaroni with paprika.
- Bake the macaroni and cheese at 350° F (175° C) for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
