INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Elbow macaroni 
8 oz
Cheddar cheese 
2 cups, shredded
All-purpose flour 
2 1/2 tbsps
Butter 
2 tbsps
Bread crumbs 
1/2 cup
Paprika 
1 pinch
Parmesan cheese 
1/2 cup, grated
Milk 
3 cups
Butter 
1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook macaroni. Drain.
  2. Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Stir in flour. Stirring, slowly add milk. Stir in Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook over low until Cheddar and Parmesan are melted. The sauce should be a bit thick.
  3. In a casserole dish, pour the sauce over the macaroni. Stir. 
  4. In a skillet over medium, melt butter. Add bread crumbs. Cook until the breadcrumbs are brown. Spread the breadcrumbs over the macaroni. Sprinkle the macaroni with paprika.
  5. Bake the macaroni and cheese at 350° F (175° C) for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
