Nice and crunchy, these potato chips will disappear quickly!
INGREDIENTS

Potatoes
4, peeled and sliced paper-thin
Oil
1 quart
Salt
3 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
- Place the potatoes into a large bowl of hot water. Drain. Rinse. Refill the bowl with water. Add salt. Allow to soak for 30 minutes. Drain, rinse, and drain again.
- Heat 1 quart oil in the deep-fryer to 365° F (185° C). Fry the potato slices until golden in batches. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt. Serve and enjoy your Homemade Potato Chips!
