INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Butter
2 tbsp.
Garlic
1 clove, chopped
Honey
1/3 cup
Lemon juice
1 tbsp.
4 chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the grill to a medium heat.
  2. Place butter in a skillet and melt it over a medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant.
  4. Add honey and lemon juice and stir well. Reserve half of the marinade for basting and brush the other half of it on chicken.
  5. Oil the grate lightly and place chicken on the grill. Grill for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side turning frequently.
  6. During the last 5 minutes, baste the chicken often.
  7. Cook until chicken is firm and juices run clear.
