This dip is deliciously rich and perfectly cheesy!
INGREDIENTS

Cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package
Mayonnaise
1/4 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup
Grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup
Garlic, peeled and minced
1 clove
Dried basil
1/2 tsp
Garlic salt
1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper
to taste
Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (14 ounce) can
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F . Grease a small baking dish.
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in artichoke and spinach.
- Put the mixture in the small baking dish. Top it with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, until it gets bubbly and lightly brown.
