INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Bone-in chicken breast halves 
8, skinless
Olive oil 
1 tbsp
Onions 
2, peeled and quartered 
Fresh ginger 
1 tsp, chopped
Garlic 
1 tsp, crushed
Whole cloves

Cardamom 
4 pods
Cinnamon stick

Hot curry powder 
1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 
1 (15 oz) can 
Coconut milk 
1 (10 oz) can
Salt 
to taste
Pepper 
to taste 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and saute until browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
  3. Add onions to the skillet. Saute until translucent. Add chopped ginger and crushed garlic. Saute until fragrant. Add curry powder. Stir. 
  4. Return the browned chicken to the skillet. Add tomato sauce, coconut milk, whole cloves, cardamom pods, and cinnamon. Season with salt. Stir. 
  5. Reduce heat to low. Cook for about 20 min, until the chicken is tender. Enjoy your Chicken Curry!
