Serve this fried pork with noodles or French fries – it's tasty anyway!
INGREDIENTS

Pork chops
2 lbs., boneless
Oil
for frying
Eggs
2, beaten
Bread crumbs
plain
Dry mushroom gravy mix
3 (1 oz.) packages
Fresh mushrooms
1 lb., coarsely chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Pound out the pork and cut it in half.
- Take a large skillet or a Dutch oven and heat it over a medium heat.
- Dip the pork pieces first in egg, then in bread crumbs, and then place it in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown turning occasionally. Place the pork on a warm plate when ready.
- Take the gravy mix and prepare it according to package directions. Add mushrooms, stir well, and cook them with the gravy.
- Serve pork with the gravy over noodles or French fries.
