INGREDIENTS

Salmon
1 (14.75 oz.) can, drained, flaked
Salmon
1 (7.5 oz.) can, drained, flaked
Saltine crackers
1 94 oz.) packet, crushed
Eggs
2, beaten
Mayonnaise
2 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp.
Fresh lemon juice
1 ½ tsp.
Red pepper flakes
1 tsp.
Dry mustard
1 tsp.
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp., or as needed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all but the last ingredient (from salmon to dry mustard) in a bowl and keep the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes for the flavors to combine.
  2. Form 6 patties; heat oil in a skillet over a medium heat and fry the patties for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
