INGREDIENTS

Ground beef
2 lb.
1 egg, beaten
Dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup
Evaporated milk
3 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp.
Cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp.
2 cloves garlic, minced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat grill on high heat or place the grill skillet over high heat
- In a large bowl, user your hands to mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and cayenne pepper. The mixture yield is 8 hamburger patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grate or grill skillet. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Assemble your hamburgers, using buns, lettuce, tomato circle, a slice of cheese, pickled cucumbers, onion, and a sauce of your preference.
