INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Key lime juice 
3/4 cup
Lime zest, grated
1 tbsp
Prepared graham cracker crust 
1 (9 inch)
Sweetened condensed milk 
3 cups
Sour cream 
1/2 cup 
Whipped cream 
for serving (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Mix condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime rind in a medium bowl. Pour into the prepared crust.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes, until pinhole bubbles burst on the surface. Chill the pie before serving. Serve with lime slices and whipped cream (optional).
