You're gonna fall in love with the lemony taste of these Lemon Bars!
INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour
1 cup
Confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup
Eggs
2, beaten
Lemon juice
3 tbsps
Lemon zest
1 tbsp
Confectioners sugar for decoration
1/3 cup
Butter
1/4 cup, melted
White sugar
1 cup
All-purpose flour
2 tbsps
Baking powder
1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar. Stir the butter into the flour and sugar mixture.
- Press the mixture flat into an 8x8-inch baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix 1 cup white sugar, 2 tbsps flour, and baking powder in a bowl. Add eggs and stir. Add lemon juice and zest. Mix. Pour the mixture over the bottom layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let the lemon bars cool a bit. Cut into squares. Decorate with confectioners' sugar. Enjoy!
