This lemon cake is a wonderful idea for your busy weekday dinner – an easy, quick, and no-fuss dessert!
INGREDIENTS

Lemon cake mix
1 (18.25 oz.) package
Hot water
1 cup
Cold water
1 cup
Jell-O mix
2 (3 oz.) packages, lemon flavored
Milk
1 cup
Instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3.4 oz.)
Frozen whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) container, thawed
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the cake mix and cook it according to package directions in a 9x13 baking pan.
- Using a fork, poke holes in the upper part of the cake.
- Combine Jell-O mix with 1 cup of hot water and 1 cup of cold water.
- Stir well until gelatin is dissolved and pour the mixture over cake.
- Chill the cake in the fridge until cool.
- Mix together milk, pudding mix, and the rest of Jell-O mix in a large bowl. Stir until powders are dissolved.
- Add the thawed whipped topping, mix gently, and spread the mixture over the cake.
- Keep it in the fridge before serving.
