INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Lemon cake mix
1 (18.25 oz.) package
Hot water
1 cup
Cold water
1 cup
Jell-O mix
2 (3 oz.) packages, lemon flavored
Milk
1 cup
Instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3.4 oz.)
Frozen whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) container, thawed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare the cake mix and cook it according to package directions in a 9x13 baking pan.
  2. Using a fork, poke holes in the upper part of the cake.
  3. Combine Jell-O mix with 1 cup of hot water and 1 cup of cold water.
  4. Stir well until gelatin is dissolved and pour the mixture over cake.
  5. Chill the cake in the fridge until cool.
  6. Mix together milk, pudding mix, and the rest of Jell-O mix in a large bowl. Stir until powders are dissolved.
  7. Add the thawed whipped topping, mix gently, and spread the mixture over the cake.
  8. Keep it in the fridge before serving.
