Healthy: Light and Spicy Fish
INGREDIENTS

Red snapper, ocean perch, or grouper fillet
6 oz (2 fillets)
Garlic powder
¼ tsp
Salt
to taste
Ground pepper
to taste
Picante sauce
¼ cup
Juice of ½ lime
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F/180°C/Gas Mark 4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, apply cooking spray or grease with vegetable oil.
- Transfer fillets into the foil-lined baking sheet; rub with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Top with picante sauce and lime juice.
- Fold the sides of the foil above the fish and make a tight seam to keep the juices inside the foil pocket.
- Bake for 15 minutes or try the fish with a fork – when flakes easily, it’s done.
