INGREDIENTS
Servings: 5
Chicken wings, split and tips discarded
3 lb.
Soy sauce
1/2 cup
Honey
1/2 cup
Molasses
1/4 cup
Chili sauce
2 tbsp.
Ground ginger
1 tsp.
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, molasses, honey, chili sauce, ground ginger, and garlic. Put chicken in a shallow, medium dish and pour over with marinade mixture. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F /190°C/Gas Mark 5.
  3. Arrange chicken in a single layer onto a large baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes, brushing with remaining marinade often and turning once until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
