INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Maple syrup
1/4 cup
Soy sauce
2 tbsp.
1 clove garlic, minced
Garlic salt
1/4 tsp.
Ground black pepper
1/8 tsp.
Salmon
1 lb.
Sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, garlic, salt, soy sauce, and pepper.
  2. Put salmon in a shallow glass baking dish. Pour over with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once.
  3. Preheat oven to 400° F/200°C/Gas Mark 6.
  4. Put the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until salmon easily flaks with a fork. Sprinkle the fish with sesame seeds and serve with vegetables or side dish of your choice.
