Dry onion soup mix
1 packet
Water

Celery, chopped

DIRECTIONS
- Sprinkle the roast with salt and pepper.
- Place the roast into a large frying pan. Cook over high for 4 minutes each side.
- Place the roast into the slow cooker. Add 1 cup water, onion soup mix, chopped carrots, chopped potatoes, and celery. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
