This delectable pork chop recipe is great when served rice! It you want to make the meal juicier just double the sauce.
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Soy sauce
1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp.
Lemon juice
1 tsp.
Brown sugar
2 tbsp.
Ketchup
2 tbsp.
6 pork chops, trimmed
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/ Gas Mark 4.
- Combine the first six ingredients (from soy sauce to ketchup) in a small bowl and blend them thoroughly.
- Put the pork chops in a medium-sized baking pan and cover them with half of the sauce.
- Bake the pork chops for half an hour, then turn them over and cover with the rest of sauce.
- Bake for 30 more minutes and serve.
