INGREDIENTS

Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Olive oil
1/3 cup
Salt
1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp
Fresh shrimp
2 lbs, peeled and deveined
Skewers
Tomato sauce
1/4 cup
Red wine vinegar
2 tbsps
Fresh basil
2 tbsps, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Stir together minced garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, and vinegar. Add chopped basil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp. Stir to coat. Cover, refrigerate for 1 h.
- Preheat the grill for medium. Prepare the grill grate by oiling it.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers. Cook for 2 minutes on each side (until opaque). Serve and enjoy your Grilled Shrimp!
