The secret of the dish is in its slightly sweet marinade!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Soy sauce
¼ cup
Packed brown sugar
¼ cup
Sherry
2 tbsp.
Dried onion
1 ½ tsp., minced
Cinnamon
1 tsp., ground
Olive oil
2 tbsp.
Garlic powder
1 pinch
2 pork tenderloins, about ¾ pound
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a large resealable plastic bag and add the first seven ingredients (from soy sauce to garlic powder) to it. Seal and shake well.
- Add pork, shake again, seal, and keep it in the fridge for 6 to 12 hours.
- Heat the grill to high, lightly oil the grate, place the pork on the grill and discard the marinade.
- Cook for about 20 minutes or until done, slice, and serve.
