These meatballs are nearly perfect! Cover with your fave sauce and serve with pasta!
INGREDIENTS

Extra lean ground beef
1 lb
Skim milk
1/3 cup
Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup, grated
Seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup
Sea salt
1/2 tsp
Onion
1, diced
Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsps
Garlic salt
1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsps
Dried oregano
3/4 tsp
Red pepper flakes
3/4 tsp, crushed
Hot pepper sauce
1 dash
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, red pepper flakes, pepper sauce, diced onion, garlic salt, seasoning, dried oregano, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add milk, Parmesan, and bread crumbs to the bowl. Mix well. Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes (until the meatballs are no longer pink in the center). Serve and enjoy your Perfect Meatballs!
