Wanna cook a meatloaf in a bit different way? Try this Ranch-style version!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Ground beef
1 ½ lbs.
Eggs
2, beaten
Ketchup
¼ cup
Dry bread stuffing mix
¾ cup, herb-seasoned
Dry Ranch-style dressing mix
½ package (1 oz.)
French-fried onions
1 (6 oz.) can
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and shape a loaf.
- Prepare a 9x5 loaf pan and place the meatloaf in it.
- Loosely cover with foil and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the dish is cooked through.
