These quick meatloaves cooked with brown sugar and ketchup are incredibly easy to prepare!
INGREDIENTS

1 egg
Milk
¾ cup
Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
Quick cooking oats
½ cup
Salt
1 tsp.
Ground beef
1 lb.
Ketchup
2/3 cup
Packed brown sugar
¼ cup
Prepared mustard
1 ½ tsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/180° C/ Gas Mark 4.
- Combine the first six ingredients (from egg to beef) in a large bowl, mix well, and form eight small meatloaves.
- Prepare a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish and place the meatloaves in it.
- Combine the remaining ingredients (from ketchup to mustard) in a small bowl, stir well, and spread the mixture over each meatloaf.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
