INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Silken tofu 
1 (8 oz) package, diced
Green onions 
2, sliced diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces
Dashi granules 
2 tsps
Water 
4 cups
Miso paste 
3 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour water in a medium saucepan. Over medium-high heat, add dashi granules. Bring to a boil. 
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Whisk in 3 tbsps miso paste. Add diced tofu. Separate the layers of green onions. Add them.
  3. Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Japanese Miso Soup!
