These cakes are packed with crab meat flavor, Old Bay seasoning, and Panko texture!
INGREDIENTS

Crabmeat
1 (16 oz) can, drained

Panko bread crumbs
1 cup
Buttery round crackers
8 oz, crushed
Ground cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Add 2 tbsps oil to a skillet. Heat it over high heat. Add green onions and saute them until tender.
- In a bowl, combine meat, green onions, crackers, cayenne, egg, mayo, mustard, garlic powder, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Make 1/2 inch-thick cakes. Coat with Panko.
- Add 1/2 cup oil in a skillet. Heat over medium-high heat. Add crabmeat patties and cook until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Enjoy your Crab Cakes!
