Norwegian Pancakes Recipe: These thin pancakes are deliciously easy to make and can be made with any topping you like!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Milk 
1 1/2 cups
All-purpose flour 
1 cup
Eggs 
3
Salt 
1/4 tsp
Sugar 
1 tsp
Blueberry jelly 
for serving
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender, combine 3 eggs, milk, flour, salt, and sugar. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Use butter to prepare the skillet. 
  3. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture into the prepared skillet and tilt it (the batter needs to be thinly spread!). Cook for about 30 seconds. Flip the pancake with a spatula. Cook for a few seconds more. Remove the pancake from the skillet. Repeat with the remaining batter. Enjoy your easy Norwegian pancakes!
