Welcome spring with this Almond and Strawberry Salad that is perfect for spring outings and tastes like spring itself!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup
White sugar
1/4 cup
Vegetable oil
1/4 cup
Paprika
1/4 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 dash
Butter
1 tbsp
Almonds
1/2 cup, slivered
Strawberries
1 quart
2 romaine hearts, cut into medium-sized pieces
DIRECTIONS
  • Combine the first five ingredients (from vinegar to Worcestershire sauce) in a medium-sized bowl. Cover the mixture and keep it in a fridge for 6 hours at least.
  • Take a skillet, heat it over a medium heat, and melt the butter in it.
  • Add almonds and cook until golden brown. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool down.
  • Mix the strawberries, cooked almonds, and romaine in a medium bowl. Add the dressing before serving.
