This super easy healthy Okra, Rice and Chicken Casserole is very creamy and velvety in texture thanks to okra pods. You will love every bit of it!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can
Water
1 cup
Uncooked brown rice
 3/4 cup
Paprika
1/4 teaspoon
Ground black pepper
1/4 tablespoon
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4
Frozen okra, thawed and sliced
1 (16 ounce) package
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Mix soup, water, rice, okra, paprika and ground black pepper in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Put chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Sprinkle some more paprika and ground black pepper.
  3. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes. If you want mushier rice, use 1 1/3 cups of water.
