Okra, Chicken and Rice Casserole

INGREDIENTS
    • Condensed cream of mushroom soup – 1 (10.75 ounce) can
    • Water – 1 cup
    • Uncooked brown rice –  3/4 cup
    • Paprika – 1/4 teaspoon
    • Ground black pepper – 1/4 tablespoon
    • Skinless, boneless chicken breasts – 4
    • Frozen okra, thawed and sliced – 1 (16 ounce) package
INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
    2. Mix soup, water, rice, okra, paprika and ground black pepper in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Put chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Sprinkle some more paprika and ground black pepper.
    3. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes. If you want mushier rice, use 1 1/3 cups of water.
