INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups
Unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup
Salt
1 tsp
Eggs

Milk
1 cup
White sugar
2 cups
Baking powder
1 1/2 tsps
Baking soda
1 1/2 tsps
Vegetable oil
1/2 cup
Vanilla extract
2 tsps
Boiling water
1 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Prepare two round pans by greasing and flouring them.
- Mix all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Using a mixer, mix for 2 minutes on medium. Add boiling water, stir. Pour the batter evenly into two round pans.
- Bake for 30 min (use a toothpick to check if the cake is done). Cool for 10 min. Then, remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Frost with any chocolate frosting. Enjoy your Chocolate Cake!
