INGREDIENTS

Daikon radish
1 ½ cups, grated
Salt
2 tsp
Garlic
1 clove, minced
½ red onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup
Black pepper
½ tsp, ground
Paprika
½ tsp
Chile-garlic sauce
½ tsp
Vegetable oil
1 ½ cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sprinkle grated daikon with salt and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the liquid from the daikon and combine it with garlic, onion, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, paprika, and chili garlic sauce. Then make 8 patties.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When oil gets hot, fry patties until brown. It may take about 3 minutes for each side. Put on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
