Appetizer: Pan Fried Daikon Cake
INGREDIENTS

Daikon radish
1 ½ cups, grated
Salt
2 tsp
Garlic
1 clove, minced
½ red onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup
Black pepper
½ tsp, ground
Paprika
½ tsp
Chile-garlic sauce
½ tsp
Vegetable oil
1 ½ cups
DIRECTIONS
- Sprinkle grated daikon with salt and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Drain the liquid from the daikon and combine it with garlic, onion, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, paprika, and chili garlic sauce. Then make 8 patties.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When oil gets hot, fry patties until brown. It may take about 3 minutes for each side. Put on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
