Delicious and fun to make, these peanut blossoms will disappear quickly!
INGREDIENTS

Shortening
1 cup
Peanut butter
1 cup
Packed brown sugar
1 cup
White sugar
1 cup
Eggs

Baking soda

Salt

White sugar
1/2 cup
Milk chocolate candy kisses
2 (9 oz) bags
Milk
1/4 cup
Vanilla extract
2 tsps
All-purpose flour
3 1/2 cups
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C). Prepare baking sheets by greasing them.
- Cream together shortening, brown sugar, peanut butter, and 1 cup white sugar until the mixture is smooth. Gradually beat in eggs. Carefully stir in milk and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir into the brown sugar mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll them in white sugar. Arrange them on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 min. Remove the Peanut Blossoms from the oven. Press candy into each peanut cookie. Let the cookies cool.
