Rich and creamy, this peanut butter frosting is wonderful on chocolate cakes!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 3
Butter
1/2 cup
Creamy peanut butter
1 cup
Confectioners´ sugar
2 cups
Cream (or milk)
1/3 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Beat butter and peanut butter until light. Carefully beat in 1 cup confectioner's sugar. Mix in 1/4 cup cream (or milk). Then, slowly beat in 1 cup confectioners' sugar.
- If needed, add more cream until a good spreading consistency is reached. Enjoy your Peanut Butter Frosting!
