INGREDIENTS

Servings: 32

Egg white

Water

1 tbsp

White sugar

3/4 cup

Ground cinnamon

1 tsp

Salt

1 tsp

Pecans

1 lb

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 250° F (120° C).
Beat egg white with water until foamy. Add pecans. Stir to coat.
Combine white sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir into the nut mixture. Spread on a baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour (stir every 15 minutes!). Enjoy your State Fair Pecans!
