INGREDIENTS

Pita bread pockets

Olive oil 
1/2 cup
Garlic salt 
1 tsp
Dried basil 
1/2 tsp
Dried chervil 
1 tsp
Ground black pepper 
1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. Cut pita into 8 triangles and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Combine oil, pepper, basil, salt, and dried chervil in a bowl. Brush the pita triangles with the mixture.
  4. Bake pita triangles for 7 minutes (until crispy). Serve. Enjoy your homemade Pita Chips!
