Your kids are gonna love these healthy granola bars!
INGREDIENTS

Rolled oats
2 cups
Packed brown sugar
3/4 cup
Wheat germ
1/2 cup
Honey
1/2 cup
Egg
1, beaten
Vegetable oil
1/2 cup
Vanilla extract
2 tsps
Ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp
All-purpose flour
1 cup
Raisins
3/4 cup (optional)
Salt
3/4 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C). Prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it.
- Combine oats, wheat germ, cinnamon, brown sugar, flour, raisins (optional), and salt in a bowl. Make a depression in the center. Pour in honey, beaten egg, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix. Pat into the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until golden at the edges. Allow to cool for about 5 min. Cut into bars while still warm. Enjoy your Granola Bars!
