Easy, tasty and filling dinner for a family of 6!
INGREDIENTS

Butter
3 tbsp., divided
Salt
1 ½ tsp.
Ground black pepper
¼ tsp.
All-purpose flour
3 tbsp.
Chicken broth
14.5 oz (1 can)
Pork chops

Thinly sliced potatoes
6 cups
Paprika
1/8 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C/Gas Mark 4. Grease a cooking dish with 1 tbsp. butter.
- Add 1 tbsp. butter to a saucepan. Let melt over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper; stir in flour until smooth. Add chicken broth while whisking thoroughly until smooth. Continue whisking till the sauce boils. Remove from heat.
- Brown pork chops on another tbsp. butter in a nonstick skillet.
- Layer sliced potatoes in the prepared cooking dish. Pour the sauce over the potatoes and arrange the pork chops on top. Season with paprika.
- Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the lid or foil and cook for half an hour longer.
